1. Services

We provide IT and digital services, including website design & development, custom software & app development, workflow automation, SEO/AEO/GEO and social-media marketing, graphic/UI design, content, and hosting/cloud infrastructure. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are agreed with you in writing (for example, in a proposal, quotation, or invoice). Online payment via this website applies to our IT & digital services.

2. Invoices, pricing & taxes

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on every tax invoice.
• Where the customer bears the payment-gateway fee, it is shown transparently at checkout.
• Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Overdue amounts may attract a late fee as stated on the invoice.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. A tax invoice / receipt is made available once payment is confirmed.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete billing and tax information (including a correct GSTIN where applicable).
• Provide timely access, content, approvals, and cooperation needed for us to deliver the services.
• Use the services and website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to them.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and all content on this website, remain our property. You may not reproduce our website content without permission.

6. Warranties & limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
