Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

• You may request cancellation of an engagement before work has commenced for a full refund of any advance paid.
• If work has already commenced, you may cancel for the portion not yet delivered; fees for work completed, in progress, or for third-party costs already incurred (e.g. domains, licences) are non-refundable.
• To cancel, email support@tss-info.com with your invoice number.

2. Refunds for services

As our services are custom and labour-based, completed and delivered work is generally non-refundable. Where a refund is due (for example, a cancellation before work began, a duplicate payment, or an amount charged in error), it will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Hosting & subscriptions

• Hosting, domain, SSL, email, and similar recurring services are billed in advance for the period stated and are non-refundable once the period has begun.
• You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
• Third-party charges (e.g. domain registration) are non-refundable once purchased.

4. Duplicate or erroneous payments

If you were charged more than once for the same invoice, or charged in error, contact us at support@tss-info.comwith the invoice number and payment reference. Verified duplicate/erroneous payments are refunded in full.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@tss-info.com (or call +91 72195 06527) with your invoice number, payment reference, and the reason for the request. We aim to review refund requests within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are initiated from our side within 5–7 business days. After we initiate it, the amount is credited to your original payment method within the timelines of your bank / payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
