THAKUR SYSTEMS & STRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED provides IT & digital services. We do not ship physical goods — all deliverables are provided electronically.
1. Digital delivery
Our services (website design & development, custom software & app development, workflow automation, SEO/AEO/GEO and social-media marketing, graphic/UI design, content, and hosting/cloud infrastructure) are delivered electronically — for example via email, a download link, deployment to your website/server, or access credentials. No physical product is shipped, so no shipping charges apply.
2. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines for project-based work are agreed with you in the relevant proposal or invoice and depend on the scope and your timely inputs and approvals. Hosting, domain, SSL, and email services are typically provisioned within 0–2 business days of payment confirmation. Recurring services remain active for the period for which they are paid.
3. Invoices & receipts
Your GST tax invoice / receipt is made available through your secure invoice link once payment is confirmed. You can download it from there at any time.
4. Delivery issues
If you have not received access to a deliverable you have paid for, contact us at support@tss-info.com or +91 72195 06527 with your invoice number and we will resolve it promptly.
