We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. All payments are processed on the secure infrastructure of our payment partner, Razorpay; your payment-instrument data is handled entirely by them and never touches our servers.

• Service providers — hosting and infrastructure providers who help us run the service, under confidentiality obligations.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure (for example, to protect forms against cross-site request forgery and to keep a paid invoice link unlocked after you enter its passcode). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We retain invoice and transaction records for as long as required under applicable Indian tax and company law (generally up to 8 years). Other personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

6. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of sensitive fields and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our safeguards regularly.
