TSS Is Now Officially Incorporated

Welcome to the very first blog post from Thakur Systems & Structures. We wanted our inaugural update to carry the weight it deserves — and there is no better way to begin than with this: TSS has been officially incorporated as a Private Limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. This is a landmark moment in our journey to accomplish the unthinkable.

What began as a bold idea — to push engineering beyond its conventional limits — has now taken its most significant step forward. Thakur Systems & Structures Private Limited (TSS) is no longer just a concept or a mission statement. It is a legally constituted entity, ready to operate at scale across our four core verticals: Defense & Structural Engineering, AI & Research, Software & Digital Solutions, and Sponsorships & Partnerships.

The incorporation marks the transition from a founding vision into a structured organization with the legal, financial, and operational framework required to execute ambitious projects and form meaningful partnerships.
